Look festive this holiday season by using one or more of these quick and easy beauty tips:
Bold Lips
Make a statement with a bold lip in deep red or merlot. Balance the rest of your face by wearing minimal eye color and blush. Apply a touch of shimmer powder in the divot “V” above your top lip to emphasize your cupid’s bow.
Mascara Mania
For full, fluttery, well-defined lashes apply several coats of waterproof black mascara.
Continue to build upon your lashes by wiggling the brush wand underneath and move the brush from the base of lash to the top. Make sure to cross the tips evenly to coat each lash and maximize the look.
False Lashes
Add even more drama by putting on a pair of fabulous false lashes. They come in different lengths and sizes, so choose the pair that suits you and make your eyes really stand out.
Body Shimmer
Apply a beautiful dusting of gold or silver highlight powder or cream to your shoulders and décolleté area. You can also apply a hint of shimmer to the top of your cheekbones, bridge of nose and under brow bone to illuminate the face.
Smoky Eyes
To create this look apply black eye liner close to lash line on the top and bottom, smudge, then apply to the inner lower rims of eyes. Finish off with a darker shade of shadow for the eyelid for added drama and a sexy look.
Shimmery Eyes
Light up the night by wearing a dash of shimmery eye shadow in gold, platinum or bronze over eyelids. Complete the look with lots of black mascara to create depth around the eye area.
Vibrant Eye Liner
Do the unexpected and wear a bright jewel tone hue in blue, turquoise or purple for your eyeliner.
Apply shadow, cream or liquid to the upper lash line or underneath the bottom lashes. Keep the rest of the face soft with minimal blush and lip color.
Bronzer
Even in the cold winter months you can create a beautiful healthy glow by dusting on a golden bronzer. Great to apply when posing for candid photos at holiday parties to prevent having a washed-out appearance.
Dark Nail Polish
Try a daring and bold nail polish color on your fingernails or toes in deep purple, bordeaux, ink blue or shades with multihued shimmer. It is not necessary for your fingers and toes to match. Mix it up for a little fun.
Fragrance
Be unforgettable by wearing an exotic, sensual signature scent. Chose a scent that is a reflection of you and your style. Mist it behind your ears and around your neck so it envelops you quickly but does not become overpowering.
